We take the time to scrutinize every shipment to ensure you receive your package in the best possible state. Kindly inspect our order as well once it arrives. If you detect any shipment-related damage, you should call our customer care department's hotline 312-213-7772 to lodge your complaint within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Given our product's peculiar nature, all sales are final. However, where it is feasible, we shall replace broken items and provide a replacement for items damaged during shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot honor requests for refunds, replacements, or accept returns for reasons besides product damage during shipment.
Complimentary Standard Shipping on Orders of $100 or More
We offer free standard shipping for single or multiple orders above $100. This complimentary shipping is available for all orders without using any promo code. When you apply a promotional code or coupon while ordering an item from our store, shipping costs are computed after the discount is applied to your order's total costs. After that, applicable taxes are calculated as well. Kindly note that when you are shipping to multiple locations, the calculations are done separately for each shipment.
Complimentary shipping is available for all states in the United States except Alaska and Hawaii. Kindly mail firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping rates for specific locations within Hawaii and Alaska.
Order processing and shipments are only applicable to authorized orders. We have the right to change or cancel an order outright due to factors such as altered order, unauthorized order, or inappropriate use of special offers.
Kindly note that all items in a single order can only be shipped to a single address. Specific items in an order cannot be delivered to separate addresses.

Although our warehouse is open to serve our clients, the staff on work shifts are limited, which leads to delayed shipments. Moreover, shipping can also be delayed due to excessive prioritized deliveries on the FedEx network.

We ship orders from our Chicago fulfillment center from Monday to Friday through USPS. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be shipped within two business days.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, EVIL EYE SANCTUARY does not support the shipment of items in a single order to different addresses. We hope to support this feature soon. We appreciate your patience.
Kindly note that separate shipping charges may be applicable for each address. Shipping costs are computed based on the number of items shipped and the delivery destination.
International Orders and U.S. Territories
At this time, shipments of EVIL EYE SANCTUARY products are limited to the 49 states in the USA.
Given the unique nature of our products, we do our best to expedite shipping in warmer climates. EVIL EYE SANCTUARY has the right to delay shipment without notice.
