Our special deal for wholesalers is available on request. If you have a sales outlet like a boutique or gift store, click here to fill the wholesaler electronic request form. We will review your submission within 5-7 days, and a member of our specialty sales team will get back to you.
The product I want to buy is labelled "Out of Stock" on your website. How do I know when the product is available again?
We appreciate your interest in EVIL EYE SANCTUARY products and apologize for the inconvenience caused by the non-availability of our product. Kindly contact the customer care department for the time when the product will be restocked. The team can inform you when the product is available again and may suggest a similar product when required.
The product I want is no longer listed on the website. What do I do?
Contact our customer care department at firstname.lastname@example.org if you cannot find the product you want on our website. They will gladly help you find the product you want. In a scenario where the item is no longer available, they can recommend a similar product for you.
How do I apply a discount code?
The discount code that you received through our promos can be applied to get the required discount while checking out at our online store.
My promo code is not working! What's wrong?
Promo codes may not work for several reasons. For instance, the promo code may be entered incorrectly or might be associated with a limited offer that has expired. The use of promo codes implies that the user is acquainted with and accepts the related terms and conditions. Promo codes can only be used once for a single order.
How do I choose my next candle scent if I have a subscription?
You will receive an email from Evil Eye Sanctuary asking you what scent you would like us to send to you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders above $100 are entitled to free shipping.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped on the third day of when the order was placed on weekdays and weekends. We do provide an estimated delivery timeline in the order confirmation email. Delivery takes 3-5 business days.
Do you ship overseas?
Sorry we do not ship overseas at this time.
Can I return a product I purchased for a refund?
Given the nature of our products, sales are final. However, we offer a replacement for items broken or damaged in transit. Apart from damages that occur during shipping, we do not honor returns, refunds, or replacements for other reasons.
Is candle soot hazardous?
No, it is not harmful in any way. The little soot that the candle produces is a product of incomplete combustion that consists of carbon particles. It is similar to the soot produced in the kitchen when you heat cooking oil. The soot produced by these indoor activities is safe; they are different from the biproducts of burning fossil fuel such as kerosene, coal, or diesel.
What is the best way to extend the life of a candle?
Keep wick trimmed 1/4" at all times.
Burn on heat resistance surfaces.
Keep away from drafts and do not leave unattended.
With each burn, allow wax to pool (liquid).
Do not burn for more than 2 hours at a time.
Allow to cool before relighting.
How can I recycle my jars?

What are the ingredients in your scented soy candle wax?
Our candles are made from American soy and not paraffin. Paraffin when burned, can release toxic volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the air including acetone, benzene and toluene, which are known carcinogens. These are the same chemicals found in diesel fuel emissions and are known to cause allergies, asthma attacks and skin problems.
How come my candle no longer has a strong scent?
Consistent exposure to the same scent for several weeks, months or years causes a condition known as odor fatigue/ nose blindness. In this state, the subject becomes less sensitive to the scent or fragrance. Changing the candle fragrance after a few months or varying the fragrance used in different rooms can help resolve this challenge.
Can I get my candle personalized?
Choose from our collection of over 18 scents to create a unique candle with your own "positively" word label. This option is perfect for custom word! A digital proof of your customized label will be emailed to you for your approval before we ship your candle(s).
I have sensitive skin, so I am careful about the products I use. What components do you use to formulate your candle? Are they suitable for people with sensitive skin?
The formulation of our body care products consists of high-quality ingredients that have been tested to be safe and proven to nourish your skin. Our products are cruelty-free, non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegetarian. They do not contain mineral oils, synthetic colors, phthalates, or parabens.
Can I use Aromatherapy spray directly on my linen or cloth?
Yes, you can. However, we advise that you do patch testing to ensure it doesn't stain your fabric.
